TGKS Frigate Championship

On the 19th of June the first TGKS Frigate Compettion has been held.

The rules were simple. Only frigates, no kestrels. Planets and the star have been the only allowed warp points. And all 5 minutes one planet was banned from the "allowed" warp points list until only the Pashanai star was left, where the final fight occurred.

Competitors have been:
  • Ordo
  • Fremen Fedaykin
  • Rhen Tang
  • Eol Ruin

Short Report:

The battle started around 16:00 EVE time and the competitors rushed into space.
In the first glance we safely avoided each other...
After the list of Planets got shorter folks tend to run into each other. After some little skirmishes Fremen managed to shoot Ordo into pieces (= 1,000,000 ISK bounty for Fremen for shooting the CEO).

Some minutes later Rhen got into cross-fire by Fremen and Eol where Eol manged to lay the final blow (= 750,000 ISK bounty for Eol for destroying one of the management team).

So only Eol and Fremen went into the final battle for the corp champion title ...

The avoided each other with grace until only the sun of Pash was the last official warppoint where the final battle happened. After a short and heavy fight Eol managed to blow Fremen to pieces (= 5,000,000 ISK bounty for last man standing).

Although "named modules" originally have been banned I found some 'Malkuth Launchers" in Fremens remnants ... however it helped nothing.

Eol is now "TGKS Frigate Champion" until a successor arrives maybe in the next challenge.

Next to the adrenaline rush is was really great fun and we plan to repeat it in the next time. Also a "cruiser assault" (corpies in frigs against one cruiser) is planned for the future.
